What it costs
Delivery is priced by road distance from our Centurion store to your address, and the exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay:
- R 350,00 — up to 10 km: Centurion, Irene, Lyttelton, Doringkloof, Eldoraigne.
- R 450,00 — up to 20 km from our Centurion store: Midrand, Kyalami, Wierdapark, Highveld, Olifantsfontein.
- R 550,00 — up to 30 km from our Centurion store: Pretoria East — Faerie Glen, Moreleta, Garsfontein, Menlyn, Waterkloof.
- R 650,00 — up to 50 km from our Centurion store: Johannesburg north — Sandton, Randburg, Fourways, Bryanston.
- R 850,00 — up to 65 km from our Centurion store: Kempton Park, Edenvale, Roodepoort, Boksburg.
- Over 65 km, to a limit of 80 km, we quote by hand — WhatsApp us on 081 577 5051. Collection is always free.
We do not deliver into the Pretoria or Johannesburg city centres at any price. You are welcome to collect from us, or WhatsApp us and we will arrange something.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no handling fees, no surcharges added afterwards, and no VAT — Crystal Reef is not a VAT vendor.
Before our full launch
Our full online store opens soon. Until then only our specials and the bigger items — pumps, cleaners, filters, chlorinators and heat pumps priced at R 3 000,00 or more — can be ordered online, and the minimum online order is R 3 000,00. Installation and delivery are always charged separately: fitting is a fixed price per job, delivery is by distance. For anything else, WhatsApp us on 081 577 5051 and we will quote you directly.
There is no collection option yet: every order is delivered to the address you give us.
How long it takes
We do not hold stock: every item is ordered in from our suppliers once your payment has cleared, and delivered typically within 3–5 working days of that.
Where an installation is part of your order, we book the visit with you after payment, at a time that suits you and our install team. Delivery of the unit is charged by distance whether or not we fit it.
These are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If something is going to take longer than we said, we will contact you — and if the delay does not suit you, you can cancel and we refund you in full.
Delivery areas and large items
We deliver ourselves, in our own vehicle, within 80 km of Centurion. Heavy or bulky items — pumps, filters, heat pumps, covers — are delivered the same way. If anything about your order changes the cost, we contact you for approval before charging anything extra. We never adjust a price after you have paid without asking you first.
We do not currently deliver outside that area through the online store, and we do not ship outside South Africa.
If something arrives damaged
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours on 081 577 5051 or sales@crystalreef.co.za, with a photo if you can. We replace it or refund you, and we pay the return cost. This is separate from, and does not limit, your rights on our Returns page.
